It is important for the potential debtors to note that they might have loss of property for filing petition under Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The debtors can be eligible for relief under chapter 7 bankruptcy if they are individuals, have partnership or corporation or any other business entity. The relief is available irrespective of the fact that whether debtor is solvent or insolvent. There will be no file petition in case debtor is failed to appear before the court within 180 days of filing competitions and he can not be debtor under chapter 7 if receives credit counseling from credit counseling agency. As mentioned at all times, bankruptcy should be your last resort.
