Biloxi town is found in Harrison County, Mississippi in the US. It is part of the Gulfport-Biloxi metropolitan area as well as the Gulfport-Biloxi-Pascagoula, Mississippi mixed statistical Area. After the hurricane, the town made and implemented plans on rebuilding town infrastructures and buildings.
