ACOOLTENT wants to learn the move SURF. However, ACOOLTENT is presently unconscious and unresponsive to any attempts to learn HMs.

I’ve always found it humorous that unconscious Pokemon can use HMs, especially like Surf. What, is the trainer just throwing the limp Pokemon into the water and then jumping on top of it with an expectant grin on their face? That’s somewhat grim…
